Start with a baseline
Before introducing a new workflow, document current request volume, median response time, completion rate, unresolved requests, staff handoffs, and any service delays. Use the same definitions before and after a pilot.
Choose measured outcomes
- Median and 90th-percentile response time.
- Accepted, completed, escalated, and unresolved request rates.
- Staff workload by role, zone, and time period.
- Guest feedback collected with clear consent and context.
- Operational costs or revenue only when the venue can attribute them reliably.
Run a limited pilot
Use a defined location, team, and time window. Document configuration changes and outside factors so the comparison remains meaningful.
Interpret results carefully
Illustrative metrics on this site are planning examples, not historical Operluma customer results. Outcomes vary by staffing, demand, process design, adoption, and venue conditions. Operluma does not guarantee response-time, cost, revenue, or satisfaction improvements.
