This Privacy Policy explains how Operluma, Inc. ("Operluma," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation formed on August 3, 2026, handles information when you visit operluma.com, contact us, or use the public website features described below.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Operluma public website and its browser-local demonstration and authentication screens. It does not describe a separate customer deployment governed by a signed agreement, data processing addendum, or venue-specific policy.

2. Information processed through this website

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, date and time of access, and security-event data to deliver and protect the website.

Communications. If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, company, and inquiry.

Browser-local preferences. The website stores your cookie-consent choice in your browser so the consent banner can remember your selection.

Current form behavior. Marketing forms and the public authentication screens currently provide browser-local demonstrations only. They do not transmit or store form messages, passwords, payment-card details, venue orders, or account credentials.

3. Information we do not collect through the current public site

The current public site does not collect payment-card data, precise geolocation, venue order history, biometric data, government identifiers, or account passwords. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral analytics on this deployment.

4. How we use information

• Deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Respond to communications you choose to send.
• Prevent abuse, investigate security events, and comply with law.
• Understand website reliability using limited technical information supplied by our hosting provider.

5. Disclosure of information

We may disclose limited information to hosting, security, and email providers that process it for us; to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and local storage

The current site uses local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional storage. Essential website functions may also rely on our hosting provider's security and delivery technologies. The current deployment does not activate marketing or analytics categories even if the consent interface displays those categories.

7. Retention

We retain email communications only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to our hosting and security configuration and provider terms. Browser-local preferences remain on your device until you clear them.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the current website. No Internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. Operluma does not sell or share personal information through the current public site.

10. Children

The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current public site.

11. Third-party links

If the website links to a third-party service, that service's privacy practices apply when you leave Operluma. We do not control third-party privacy practices.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable law. A revised policy will identify a new effective date that is no earlier than August 3, 2026.
